It is personally signed by Seb McKinnon on the limitation page and includes the original Easton Press Certificate of Authenticity, also signed by McKinnon and dated November 10, 2021. The book is fully bound in genuine leather with elaborate 22kt-gold decoration, raised spine bands, gilt page edges, marbled endpapers, and a ribbon marker, and is housed in the original custom burgundy clothbound slipcase. Easton Press lists the edition at 9 × 11 inches.

Seb McKinnon is a well-known fantasy illustrator whose work includes Magic: The Gathering as well as the commissioned illustrations for this Easton Press edition of The Kalevala.
